From February 1 to March 6, 2026, the sociological service FOM conducted a representative survey of the Russian population as part of the Orthodox Monitor project. The data has been transferred to the Sociology of Religion laboratory.
FOM specialists adapted the questionnaire to the study’s objectives, agreed on the final version with project participants, and formed the sample. During the field stage, interviewers surveyed a representative sample of citizens interview quality was verified through audio recordings and follow-up contacts with respondents. After data collection was completed, the dataset underwent validation and cleaning.
