5-6 of October researchers of the laboratary participated in international conference “Religion(s) and Power(s)” by Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian Societies for the Study of Religions

IMG_1979-19-10-17-08-02An international conference “Religion(s) and Power(s)” organized by Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian Societies for the Study of Religions was held at Vytautas Magnus University, Kaunas on October 5-6.

On 5 October reaearcehrs of a labarotary “Sociology of Religion” presented their papers at a section “Theorizing Religion and Power”. Elizaveta Kostrova presented a report “Religious Foundations of Power in Agamben and Foucault” and Anna Zueva made a presentation “Two Models of the Pastorate: Michel Foucault and Ignatius of Loyola”.
