Ivan Pavlyutkin participated in the School of Social Action which took place in Yl’yanovsk and was organized by the St. Andrew the First-Called Foundation and administration of Yl’yanovsk region. Ivan’s talk was devoted to the topic: “How communities are being born, live and die?”
