I.V. Pavlyutkin’s lectures at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan (November 4-8, 2019)

As a part of the academic mobility partnership program (Erasmus +) between the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart and Saint Tikhon’s Orthodox University, Ivan Pavlyutkin gave several lectures for master students of the departments of psychology and sociology, as well as for PHD students of the department of political science. I.Pavlyutkin also had a number of meetings with professors of the Catholic University involved in family, fertility, and social generativity studies.

Lectures for students on the topics “The Russian marriage paradox: the role of cultural and institutional factors” and “Where do large families come from in Russia?” were based on the results of the project «The Paradox of Interrelation between Religion and Family in Modern Russia (Research grant RSF)».
