On the 27-28 of October 2022, the XI International Scientific Conference “Sociology of Religion in Late Modern Society: Religion and Youth”, organized by the Belgorod State National Research University together with the Institute of Social Sciences of Belgrade (Serbia) and the Research Committee «Sociology of Religion» of the Russian Society of Sociologists was held.
Research fellows of the research laboratory «Sociology of Religion» took part in the conference. On the 27 of October I. Pavlyutkin and E. Prutskova headed the round table «Methodology and methods in the sociological study of religiosity». Also, the research fellows of «Sociology of Religion» presented reports:
- I. Pavlyutkin made a presentation «In Search of the Role of Religion to Explain the Russian Marriage Paradox», based on the results of sociological surveys conducted within the framework of the project «The Paradox of Interrelation between Religion and Family in Modern Russia (Research grant RSF)».
- E. Prutskova presented a report «Modified Centrality of Religiosity Scale: Experience of Application in Russia», which also demonstrated the results of sociological surveys conducted within the framework of the project «The Paradox of Interrelation between Religion and Family in Modern Russia (Research grant RSF)».
- K. Markin presented his research «Q-methodology in the context of the study of weak religiosity in Russia».
